Camas cómodas, ventiladores para ambas habitaciones, terracita y parking subterráneo.
Está un poco lejos del centro, pero muy bien conectado con metro y bus.

L'appartement a été refait à neuf récemment. Il est calme, spacieux, lumineux, propre et décoré avec goût. L'équipement est complet et les condiments, sachets de thé, dosettes de café (Dolce Gusto), à disposition, sont un plus, très appréciables. La place de parking réservée et le local vélos (commun), sont un vrai plus. L'appartement est dans un quartier sans grand intérêt (cité dortoir), mais à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro "Trois Cocus",qui dessert le centre ville en 15 minutes.
Le système Nuki pour ouvrir la serrure de l'appartement, manque de souplesse, car il faut connaître à l'avance son heure d'arrivée, les plages horaires d'accès à l'appartement, étant enregistrées sur l'application par la propriétaire. Par ailleurs, il nécessite d'avoir un smartphone.

Die Wohnung war sauber und groß, es wäre alles drin gewesen um dort zu kochen.
Die Lage ist dort schrecklich, es stinkt überall im Aufzug, im Flur. Die Straßen sind voller Urin und Müll. Die saubere Wohnung hat auch einen Geruch, man kann sich dort nicht aufhalten ohne alle Fenstern aufzureißen, mit offen Fenstern kann man jedoch kaum schlafen da sowohl die Nachbarn als auch die Straßen viel zu laut sind. Es ist unerklärlich, dass Booking so eine Wohnung uns anbietet. Das hat nichts mit Urlaub und Erholung zu tun.
