Not-so-free cancellation, but a very good stay in a good location. Apart from this small caveat, the overall stay is great. The location is somewhat close to Nandi Hills, such that you can stay the night if you plan to drive very early in the morning. You don't need to go through Bangalore traffic in the morning. The room was clean and so were the restrooms. The host has managed the property well, with very good pricing which will be a major reason for many to book this. The host is also quite responsive and friendly, which is again something which made the stay better overall. The Google Maps Location Is Not Exact. The support staff was helpful in finding the place and check-in. You need to know some Hindi as he doesn't understand English. I recommend for families and small groups.

The property is listed as Free Cancellation until one night before, but you need to pay advance to confirm your booking well before that, which kind of defeats the key benefit of the free cancellation flexibility. I understand from the property side, someone may cancel close to the date of stay. So I think they could've setup free cancellation until 4 or 5 days before the stay and then made non-refundable, as some properties do. Because to a customer it's always more straightforward to see these unwritten rules before they make the booking.
