The location is extremely good, very close to the beach, and the beaches are very clean. At first, I was a little suspicious because I thought the accommodation might be a scam, but it turned out to be completely legitimate. The host was very pleasant and helpful, and responded quickly on WhatsApp. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. There are enough frying pans and other kitchen utensils, as well as a washing machine, kettle, and coffee machine. The air conditioning works perfectly. There are also beach umbrellas, a hairdryer, and an iron. The beds, bed linen, and towels were clean. The beds do squeak a little, but it was not a big issue. The hot water worked perfectly, and even when several people used the shower at the same time, there were no noticeable water pressure problems. The balcony and the living room really make the accommodation special, especially for groups. The property is located in the quieter part of the resort, but still very close to everything. It is near the botanical garden and the castle, and the beach is just a short walk away. Regarding parking, there is a paid parking area near the port. The only free parking I found in the whole town was around Passeig de Catalunya, 17300 Blanes, Girona, Spain. The location-to-price ratio is excellent, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation. I would happily come back again.

There were no major problems during our stay; I only have a few recommendations for improvement. It would be helpful to replace the mattress with a proper double mattress rather than two separate mattresses placed together. I would also recommend replacing the pillows, as they are quite firm and may be too hard for some guests. I would recommend providing more essential supplies, such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, laundry supplies, napkins, and toilet paper. However, there are plenty of shops nearby, so it is easy to buy anything you may need and be self-sufficient during your stay. The freezer compartment of the fridge was also not working optimally and did not freeze food properly. One additional positive point is that the building has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially when travelling with luggage or in a larger group.

Iso valoisa huoneisto, jossa oli tilaa majoittua. Parveke ja näköalat olivat upeat. Sängyt oli kohtuulliset nukkua, asunto oli hyvin varusteltu.

Ilmastointi ei toiminut koko majoituksen aikana, asunnossa oli kuuma ja yli 30 asteessa nukkuminen mahdotonta. Kadulta kuului kova meteli, kun autot ajoivat ohi.

L'appartement mériterait une bonne maintenance car beaucoup de choses sont cassées ou abîmées. Dès l'entrée un meuble cassé (on se demande ce qu'il fait encore là du coup), dans la cuisine un trou coupant de 2x5cm dans le carrelage (notre fils de 2 ans a bien failli s'y couper un doigt en glissant parterre), le four fait disjoncter le compteur, aucun joint de salle de bain n'est étanche donc de l'eau partout à chaque douche, même une balayette pour le sol sans manche !!!, aucun couteau aiguisé (obligé de prendre notre couteau de poche de rando pour couper des légumes, une poignée de porte arrachée, des meubles de salle de bain rouillés, etc etc. Ne pas oublier les 20€/jour de parking, même si très qualitatif et pratique, qui vient gonfler la note.

The host went above and beyond to assist us with anything he could was very friendly our stay was very comfortable and made our stay very enjoyable.

I couldn’t fault anything in all honesty.
