The hotel and restaurant staffs-friendly and accomodating

A wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio in Palawan. The hotel offers one of the best views among hotels in Puerto Princesa, and I especially loved the terrace dining area and the pool area, which were perfect places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making sure guests had a great experience. A beautiful place to stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Unreliable Wi-Fi in some of the rooms

it’s my new go to hotel in Puerto Princesa. I stayed there several different times. it’s complete facilities in a good location. Very quiet great staff reasonable price

I would rate the Wi-Fi seven out of 10. Everything else is very good.

Checking-in was not what I expected, me and my husband are now residents of Palawan and been here for over a year, we traveled all over Palawan and stayed in areas 5 times the rate of this place and was never asked for passport since we have Philippines Driver's license which is one of the primary IDs here in the philippines, the woman in the front desk kept asking me if my husband has his passport with him since he is American she told us that's the hotels policy, I told her I am not Filipino either so she have to ask for my passport too, she kept saying no just him because he is the only American I told her I am an American too, and told her we live here and no one in th6e right mind traveling as a resident here brings passport everywhere. I was ready to tell her to just refund us but for some reason she let us checked-in. We were looking for a regular hotel we can stay when we go to the city, our stay would have been a lot better if she didn't argue back and forth, when we get in our room and tested the bed that's when I realized we will never go back in this Hotel and encouraged our family to stay away from this hotel. If we only felt welcome things would have been different we would muscle through a very uncomfortable bed but didn't sleep and left with my blood boiling. And oh! I was thirsty when we get in our room I drank the water they provided, 5mins later my stomach hurts so much didn't think it was from the water I thought it's because I didn't eat yet, when were about to go out I noticed the pitcher with water was moving, when I opened it there was maybe a dozen of bugs floating trying to get out. So a reminder dont just drink the water they provide.
