Great stay. Well appointed and comfortable for family of 5 with teenage kids.

Spacious and modern apartment. Easy bus transit to the lift. Great parking. Kitchen well stocked with raclette AND fondue set.

No ski storage and no washing machine.

Modern very well equipped apartment

The property is new and very well equipped. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. In front of the apartment is the bus station and it takes you to ski gondola in 5 minutes.

The property does not have any space for storing skis or ski boots, even though it is in a ski resort. The description says ski-to-door, but you actually have to take the bus to reach the slopes. Check-in had to be done in the city center, quite away from the apartment.

You need to pick up the keys at a different location, which is not convenient if you do not arrive by car.

Spacieux et confortable, parfait pour un séjour de ski, malheureusement loin de la réception

Le logement est spacieux, moderne et très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée, le salon est confortable avec une grande TV, il y a suffisamment d'espace de rangement. La vue de la terrasse est très belle et le logement se situe à proximité d'une remontée mécanique ainsi qu'en face d'un arrêt de bus

Il n'y a pas de local prévu pour le stockage des skis, ils doivent donc être rentrés à l'intérieur. La réception se trouve à 2km du logement ; il y a certes une connection en bus, mais ceux-ci ne passent qu'une ou deux fois par heure et plus après 18h15. Sans voiture, c'était très contraignant pour le check-in ainsi que pour le check out.

Calme et pratique, non loin du centre.

L’arrêt de bus à côté de l’appartement : très pratique. Le calme de l’environnement.

Si nous avions eu des voisins bruyants au-dessus, cela aurait été compliqué. Heureusement, cela n’a pas été le cas. On entendait juste les pas au-dessus, mais rien de dérangeant.

Bien situé sur les hauteurs

Très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Vermala, Nationale accessible à pied/ski et l’arrêt de la navette est juste devant le bâtiment. La literie est très confortable. La terrasse bien exposée au soleil, vue sur les Alpes, la grande télévision est appréciable. (D’autant plus que nous avons été coincés pendant deux jours par la tempête Enol.) Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de l’hôtel face aux divers problèmes que nous avons eu (eau chaude/tempête) et la gentillesse des femmes d ouvrage.

Le seul bémol est la machine à café. Il s’agit d’une belle machine Nespresso avec capsule ronde, difficilement trouvable dans le commerce. Nous avions reçu quelques capsules à l’arrivée mais pas assez pour la semaine. Le matériel de cuisine devrait également être vérifié, nous n’avions qu’une casserole et qu’une poêle pour cuisiner et peu de couverts mais ceci a été résolu très vite. Le système de parking devrait également être expliqué au checkin et mieux indiqué sur place (peut être un plan dans le livret?le code indiqué et le panneau, interdit de stationner induisent en erreur) Nous ne savions pas où nous garer, et la tempête a rendu le parking difficilement praticable à cause de la neige et de la glace. Comme l’amende est de 2000 Fr. et qu’il y a des places attribuées en fonction de la situation des appartements de la copropriété (nous l avons appris sur place) le parking reste une grande préoccupation. D’autre part (et ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel.) la commune et la copropriété n’ont pas déblayé leur partie respective du parking, et le manque de place a vraiment été une source de stress pendant la plus grande partie des vacances. L’hôtel a finalement pris en charge le déblaiement du parking la copropriété 48 heures après la fin de la tempête pour permettre à leur clients de ce garer.

Parking squatté par des non résidents. Mais solution apportée par la suite par l'hébergeur.
