10/10 — Excellent stay! Great breakfast, excellent service, and a very helpful 24/7 reception. The hotel offers custom services, the location is super convenient near the harbor and Süleymaniye Mosque, the rooms are very clean, and the water pressure is excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel management team was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the family suite with my brother and my teenage son. The room was spacious and comfortable. This hotel is located within walking distance to the grand bazar, Blue Mosque, Suleymaniye Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern- places that you want to visit and explore!

Location was great
Breakfast was very very basic. We tried first day and never showed up again during our 6 night stay. Cleaning was an issue as they came to clean only on 3rd night and did literally nothing. No sheets change, no toilets clean, no vacuum in the room. When asked next day they made it clean. WiFi does not work in the rooms. Not at all. We had two rooms and it does not work anywhere. We booked our taxi for airport and it was a big mess. We got a taxi 30 minutes late and with a lot of anxiety.
