Spacious waterfront location. Hosts very thoughtful with complimentary sauces and condiments in the fridge so there was tomato sauce for fish & chips from the tavern next door. Comfy bed in the main bedroom. View of the ocean from the shower if you leave the bathroom door open (not if lots of people staying with you though). Retro beach theme decor was well done.
Location is on the southern side of the peninsula on the inlet so not as much sun in the morning and there was no beach to walk on as tide was in.

The location was amazing. The house was spacious and warm. We made good use of the kayaks. The beds were comfortable.
It took a moment to figure out where the property was. It would have been good to mention that it was behind the hairdressers. I assumed that there had been a mistake with the number because there was no indication that a holiday property was behind there.
Also there was some rotten lettuce in the fridge, but it wasn't a big deal.

So well appointed and comfy - everything we needed was available. Collingwood was quiet, peaceful, we could walk to the beach, local shop, local pub and drive to explore the wider region.
The side gate could do with a better latch - not a major but as we had a dog with us we had to tie it closed.
