J’ ai aimé l’ accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La localisation est parfaite. La décoration très belle . Les chambres très grandes .

The hotel was impeccable - beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much to ask and the food was thought out and delicious. The concierge helped arrange a morning playing padel next to the hotel and an excursion to the Agafay dessert. Both of which were brilliant. Thank you Park Hyatt for an excellent stay

Amazing cuisines and food. Room service was excellent.
Pleasant property and location. Unfortunately, checking in and out was not pleasant at all. More training and better attitudes needed. Also, take care of the "insects" in the room.
