Nice for a small family (young kids), 4 total or less
Clean, no critters, price, welcoming hosts.
Property could use some TLC, stair lights didn't work so I fell partway, several 1/4 steps easy to trip, NO INSULATION, AC couldn't keep up, heard every outside noise (motorcycle weekend), jack and jill bath, 2nd bathroom in the locked storage closet downstairs - REALLY!?, chipped coffee cups, no cover on coffee maker reservoir (didn't use), poor quality soaps, cheap/small furnishings, stained towels and sheets.
