No motorcycles, buses, RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, golf carts, or trailers are allowed on Barefoot Resort properties.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles: one compact car in the garage and one in the driveway; an additional vehicle may use the overflow lot within walking distance—street or grass parking is not allowed at any time and will result in a fine.
No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.
This incredible 3 bedroom townhome has it all, with two levels, bedrooms up and downstairs, an outdoor patio and just steps from the beautiful community pool at Egret Run in Barefoot Resort. Downstairs is the stunning master suite, impeccably decorated with upscale furnishings and posh bedding. The suite has a king size bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan and TV. Adjoining the master suite is a spacious private bath suite with an oversized walk in shower, vanity and a large walk in closet.
Also downstairs is the magnificent great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. A full formal dining room completes the home and its ambiance.
