The host Jean-Brice is fantastic, very helpful and it was a pleasure to chat with him. The renowned breakfast lived up to the high expectations set by the previous reviews! The apartment is very nice and perfectly clean and, despite being there during the heatwave (40+ °C outside), I would say it was perfectly livable in the evening/night.
Everything was perfect but, if I had to point a possible improvement it would be to have a wc in the room (and not shared between the two rooms).

Überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr gutes Frühstück vom Gastgeber persönlich zubereitet. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ruhige Lage. Nur 4 Minuter zur nächsten Metro Station. Problemloser Zugang zum Appartement.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer gebucht. Es gab allerdings nur eine Gemeinschaftstoilette. Wenn sich fünf Personen einen Toilette teilen müssen, kann das schon etwas mühsam sein. Bin bisher immer davon ausgegangen, dass bei Booking ein eigenes Badezimmer auch die eigene Toilette inkludiert. Man lernt nie aus.
