Extremely good value compared to some of the packages we saw. Very friendly hosts. Food was good. Boat safari was just like any other that would have been more expensive as you see the same things and do the same route. I would recommend this accomodation
Very little help with our suitcases

Great location, nice staff, very chill place for a few days
No air condition, and very expensive to upgrade to air-con room. A bit run down. No room service in three days. Two boat rides (6am and 4pm) but anything else is very expensive - 675 RM for a night cruse.

The location. Remote and truly in the jungle. The food. Meals were delicious. Even though nuggets and chips were served for breakfast there was always toast and eggs. The wildlife. Awesome.
The state of the bathroom. The mould and ceiling was awful. Sure it’s remote and it’s basic but it’s not hard for it to be clean. The hard upsell - for add on tours, air conditioning etc. This was an expensive stay and the constant hustle for more was annoying .
