    Really enjoyed our stay here - would definitely go back . A few feedback points are as follows:- For….. - Great location - Rooms beautiful with access directly to the sea - management could not do more to help - easy to book trips and get pickup from the hotel -easy to travel back and forward to Semporna Room for improvement… - staff relatively inexperienced - do not cater well for western visitors - staff often sitting around when there are lots of obvious things to be done e.g. spills on floor, dirty dishes cleared from tables etc….. I would definitely go to this hotel but at ghe moment a few people are doing all the work ( mainly management)
