    The hotel’s location and basic facilities are satisfactory. However, our stay was disappointing due to its family-unfriendly policy. Only one child is allowed per room, and any additional child incurs an extra charge of around RM250 per person, which is quite expensive for families travelling with children. Another letdown was the swimming pool facility. No pool towels were provided for guests, which is unexpected for a hotel charging premium room rates. Basic amenities such as pool towels should be readily available and included in the overall guest experience. Overall, while the hotel has a good location, the high extra charges for children and the lack of basic pool amenities make it difficult to justify the price paid.
