The apartment is located in a new building on the 11th floor, close to the river. We stayed there for 3 days as a group of four. The kitchen and living room are combined in an open-plan layout with a kitchen island. The apartment is well equipped with a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and a large-screen TV. There is also a sauna in the bedroom, although we did not use it, so I'm not sure if it was working. The balcony has comfortable chairs where you can relax or smoke. The ventilation system works very well, and overall the apartment is modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owner requested an additional payment of 40 PLN per day for the apartment's private parking space, which had to be paid separately by bank transfer. The fee was mentioned on Booking.com, but I overlooked it because I had never encountered this before. In my experience, apartments with private parking usually include it in the rental price or, if parking is not available, recommend nearby public parking. For this reason, I found the extra charge disappointing. The non-stick frying pans should be replaced, as they are heavily scratched and the coating is peeling off. In their current condition, they should not be used. The kitchen sink area is very compact. If you need to wash dishes by hand, there is almost no counter space to place the clean dishes, which makes it inconvenient. I also expected to find a few basic kitchen essentials such as tea bags, salt, pepper, sugar, and some cooking oil. In my opinion, these are standard items that should be provided in a holiday apartment. I bought salt and pepper myself and left them in the apartment for the next guests. One minor issue was that there were quite a lot of flies around the balcony after dark, although this is probably because the apartment is located close to the river.
