Lokalizacja. Siłownia na parterze.
Brak kieliszków do wina - był tylko jeden. Brak otwieracza do czegokolwiek. Stara, zużyta podrapana patelnia. Klimatyzacja nie chłodziła. Było okropnie gorąco!

Bardzo ładny widok na Bydgoszcz oraz stary rynek.
Po zakupie oferty, która jest bezzwrotna dodatkowo trzeba zapłacić kaucje, o której nie ma słowa w opisie. Wszędzie kurz oraz kamień na prysznicu, kranie itd., okna brudne. Wydaje się jakby ktoś tylko odkurzył podłogę olewając resztę.
