La posizione è ottima, a Ipanema, di fronte alla metro. Zona tranquilla anche di sera. E portiere H24, come in tutti i palazzi della zona.
Appartamento piccolissimo! Letto incastrato di fronte al bagno, assenza di un appoggio anche minimo dove poter consumare un pasto (c'è la cucina, ma bisogna mangiare a letto?!!). Assenza di zanzariere, per arieggiare il locale abbiamo lasciato aperta la finestra per mezzora, e le zanzare ci hanno mangiato. Aria condizionata posizionata di fronte al letto (e non sopra), quindi con getto d'aria in faccia (fastidiosissimo). Indisponibilità del proprietario a gestire una richiesta di refund per un'ultima notte non fruita per spostamento volo, nonostante la richiesta fosse stata fatta 1 settimana prima dell'inizio del soggiorno.
