Great kitchen facilities, comfortable sofa and bed, great access to Ambleside. Great to have parking permits.
Mould in the fridge, low water pressure in the shower, parking access to property re reversing up the drive. Thin walls.

No breakfast. Self catering.
Location was perfect, and the complimentary car park pass was a massive bonus.
Unfortunately the weather, not your fault. We were looking forward to curling up in front of a nice cosy gas fire after being soaked in endless downpour, but unfortunately it didn't work despite the owners efforts to engage his caretaker to effect a repair.
The central heating however worked fine.
Car access was difficult for loading and unloading.
Being set back from the road made the property more private.

Self catered
Need better settee only one person could stretch out on it. Then there was nowhere also to sit
