Easy access to Blowing Rock and Boone. Easy to find but narrow, hilly path to get up and down from cabin. Cute little cabin with all amenities available. Quiet place to stay for a nice weekend getaway with 2 dogs.
Cabin could use some updates in terms of furniture. Living room coffee table was broken but usable. Living room couch was a little lumpy. Thankful for having A/C units but there were some small areas that were not sealed completely. Did have to clean one cobweb in the kitchen, but with a muggy and humid season, it is expected to have some bugs out.

We didnt utilize breakfast. Location was fabulous.
Pet odor in house, especially on carpeting. Dusty. Hot tub jet motor had a mind of it's own. The wine bottle opener was broken.

Very convenient to everything between Blowing Rock and Boone. Cute cabin quiet
Toilet was broke had to flush by manually putting water in back tank for entire stay. Notified first night we stayed. Did say we would get some credit for this inconvenience. Not one washcloth in the bathroom. No dish cloth in kitchen to wash dishes. Dry towel no dish cloth. Couldn’t use fireplace because we couldn’t get heat off. Using fireplace would have made unbearably hot.
