Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Freigelegte Holzbalken im Wohnzimmer unterstreichen den besonderen Flair eines sanierten Fachwerkhauses in super Lage zur Stadtmitte.

Sehr zentrale blitzsaubere und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem alten Winzerhaus, welches eigenhändig schön renoviert wurde. Direkte Ortslage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, öffentlicher Parkplatz un der Nähe, Platz für 2 Räder vorhanden. Altes Gemäuer mit dem besonderen Flair. Heizung und Klima vorhanden so dass man schnell die Feuchte herausbekommt. Schnelle Wege zum Vermieter der rechts nebenan wohnt.
Sehr schmale Wendeltreppe (ca.70cm), die man geübt sein .muss zu gehen.

Die Fewo liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, die Vermieter haben sich direkt um einen Parkplatz Nähe Fewo gekümmert, die Innenstadt ist sehr sehr schön,die Vermieter respektieren die Privatsphäre - sind aber auch sehr kontaktfreudig, Wandertouren können direkt von der Fewo gestartet werden, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe Im Ort
