About this apartment rental
Located on the ventilated heights of a wooded residential subdivision, an F2 of 35 m2 with covered terrace of 20 m2 on the ground floor of a perfectly fenced tropical garden awaits you for a peaceful stay.
There are two apartments next to each other.
In the approximately 600 m2 garden, you will discover - in season - lemons, bananas, mangoes, bitter oranges or Indian wood. In the evening, the jasmine hedge perfumes the house. Alpinia, musanda, ibiscus, balisiers and bougainvilleas delight the eye.
The apartment is a downstairs traditional West Indian villa from the 90s with solar hot water and rainwater recycling. Access is completely independent of the owners present to meet all your expectations. From your terrace by the pool, the view overlooks the Trinity Bay. You may prefer another look at the sea from the jacuzzi!
The family beach of l'Autre Bord, shaded by coconut and grape trees is a 5-minute walk away.
Pharmacy, doctors and grocery store are 5 minutes walk.
A 10-minute drive away, winter sports enthusiasts find internationally renowned surf spots at Anse Charpentier, towards Sainte-Marie, or towards Tartane.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Green Lizard. The property was very clean, well appointed, quiet and peaceful, appeared as described and most importantly the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us great "local" information that is hard to find in booklets or on-line reviews.
If you are looking for a location near beaches, local restaurants and easy driving to other areas, The Green Lizard is perfect. We highly recommend.
