Excellent stay. Perfect location and breathtaking views

Loved the clean, modern feel. Stunning views, excellent location, comfortable.

Some noise proofing needed. It’s a 3 story building and we had a young family above us. Don’t want to complain we remember having a young family ourselves but it was extremely noisy. That’s the only fault we had. Apart from that would love to return.

Great location and lovely apartment. Views are just spectacular! Parked the car up and didn’t move it again until we left!

Loved everything about it! Just some small suggestions of maybe a coat hanger for coats somewhere in the appt and a blind for the door in the kitchen. We had to use the kitchen as a bedroom during our stay, and the street light was coming in. These 2 minor issues wouldn’t put us off returning as we loved our stay!

Location is really perfect. Parking outside. Far enough from noise. Close enough to everything. Access to the property was very simple. The Price was very very reasonable. Facilities have everything to make a home from home. Decor. Clean bedding. Clean towels.the view. Lovely apt. Having toilet paper and fairy liquid provided is great. No tea bags but the price was so reasonable. Happy with what was given.

The mattress was a little hard. One side might be broken. But this is personal preference. There where 2 high pillows each. It would be nice to have a flatter option. Again not a issue. Personal. From time to time the fridge it humms very loudly for quite a while. We definitely came end of busy season. But it could do with a little paint touch up over marks and damp. and time for new toaster and some extra cups. With the bedroom carpet having some marks and stains. The host cannot help how guests use the kitchen but the curtains in the main living space quite heavily smelt of food. This was my main issue with the next being that round the bed did not seem to have been recently hoovered. There was debris. I would recommend though and would re stay. When doing the math of good vs bad.

Very good stay, location perfect, apartment clean and access was easy.

Sofa bed worn out, no curtain on window in kitchen means the street lights come in so it’s never fully dark for sleeping. Floors have no sound proof so you can hear upstairs walking, dragging chairs, but I would stay again!

Large bright apartment opposite the beach and close to town

Our 3 night stay in Portrush was so enjoyable! The apartment had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax after being on the road travelling. The view from the large bay windows is lovely and you can easily keep a check on your car parked in the street. Free parking also available in carpark behind the building. The double bed was comfortable and the pillows just right. Large kitchen with good cooking facilities, modern bathroom and comfy lounge with large TV. Good wall heaters and windows can be opened for sea breeze if needed. Just a 3-5 minute walk from main promenade and restaurants/pub. We loved our stay in Portrush!

There is one flight of stairs to the apartment and no lift. Understandable given location.

Fabulous stay. Everything east with the apartment & we were so lucky with the weather too.

Location is brilliant, so handy for walks, restaurants, shops etc. Very comfortable. Living area very spacious & bedroom adequate. Lots of storage and room to put belongings etc. Grand for a night or 2.

Shower isn’t great. Can’t get moderate temperature, either too hot or too cold. A shame as it’s a decent size for a one bedroom apartment

Great 3 day break with plenty to see, to fill the time

The location was very central for the town, and Portrush was within a 20 minute drive of all the attractions we wanted to see. We were about a 5 minute walk for the town centre, and 15 minute walk to a large supermarket. Parking was on the street, virtually opposite the apartment, and whilst Bank Holiday Monday was crowded we had no problems in finding a space each day. If we had travelled in by train, the railway station is opposite the apartment. Matt was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and forwarded the key codes to us before we arrived at the apartment. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped, and would certainly return there a nd have no hesitation in reccommending it to friends and family

Weather could have been better, but we aren't holding Matt responsible for that.

Would stay again.

Easy access to the centre of Portrush. East street parking. Overall a comfortable apartment with all that you require for a short stay. Only downside for us was the shower seemed a bit temperamental going from warm to really hot plus the front facade of the house was covered in scaffolding which I assume is temporary to allow work/repair. Unfortunately some of the people in other flats were inconsiderate by slamming doors which says more about them than the flat. However if we were to return to Portrush we would stay here again if available.

door code didn't work so everyone had to use door key...the door was awful to get open and it slammed shut..we were right above the front door and that's all we hears. secondly above us was so noisy and rude. since I hot home yesterday I have received several messages about missing cups and glasses...the cups were all there when we left..yes we did break one or two glasses but there were cheap IKEA ones not Tyrone crystal..as you would think they were given the tone of messages I've received 0

Fold-down sofa bed was generous size and very comfortable. Easy street parking in front of the apartemnt. Loved watching the surf in the bay from the living room - better than TV!

Fantastisch uitzicht op de zee, direct naast het treinstation. Modern ingericht. Host reageert snel bij vragen. Makkelijk om toegang te krijgen.

In de woonkamer waar het slaapbed staat ontbreekt een gordijn bij de balkondeur, daardoor schijnt de straatverlichting de hele nacht door naar binnen. Geen kapstok om jassen op te hangen. Klein beetje gehorig.
