My host was very helpful and accommodating. On my second evening there, the TV sound had a glitch, so he came over to fix it immediately.
The unit was comfortable and adequate for my stay.
The cleanliness could be improved upon. There wasn't anything major that was wrong, just some stickiness/stains around the kitchen area. A deep clean of the entire unit would probably be a good idea. Otherwise, the other areas were ok in terms of cleanliness.

The room is clean. All the facilities are good. The TV can be rotated to face either the bedroom or the living area. Check-in was exactly at 3 PM. Walking distance to the Lost World of Tambun.
It would’ve been great if we could check in earlier 🥲
