I liked the location as it was cool and quiet, especially with the rainy weather during our stay. There was also a hill beside the homestay, which made the surroundings feel very peaceful and relaxing.

The downside was that the guards asked us to register repeatedly during both entry and exit, which was a little inconvenient. Instead the guard could have given a laminated visitor note to be place on the dashboard for their visibility. It was also raining, and there was no covered walkway between the visitor entry point and the guard room. In addition, the air conditioning in the living room was not cold. The master bedroom on the second floor was also not cold and had a leaking aircond unit. The other two rooms on the second floor were not cold as well. I had to remove and clean the aircond filters myself before fixing them back, and only then did the cooling improve slightly. There were also no lights at the house entrance or front yard, making the area too dark at night. Message to the owner: please arrange servicing for all the air conditioning units. Also, two of the bathroom shower heads were broken, and the water pressure was not strong enough.

The towel is not clean, not that we use it though. It is helpful if can provide shampoo also
