Sijainti on hyvä. Oma aidattu ja suojainen piha kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta.
Tila oli kolkosti sisustettu ja pölyinen. Ei ilmastointia ja jääkaappi oli epäsiisti ja hajoamassa. WC-paperi puuttui. Epämiellyttävät keinokuituiset vuodevaatteet jotka meidän mielestä haisivat.
