Good location at end of beach and close to tram stop, 20-25 min walk to El Campello and Lidl, 39 min tram to Alicante, very quiet when we went, pool very clean, aircon efficient when we used it, had most kitchen equipment we needed.
The balcony furniture cushion covers are in desperate need of replacing as is the ironing board cover. A few light bulbs were missing and couldn’t find replacements.

El piso está en primera línea de playa. Tiene Parking.
Al piso le falta mucho mantenimiento, hay muchas cosas rotas por ejemplo la cafetera, tapa del bater, sacacorchos. el horno, luces fundidas, las puertas son blancas pero están negras, está bastante dejado. Además no nos avisaron que la piscina estaba cerrada, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había una bacteria en el agua y no podíamos usarla, asi que estaba cerrada durante toda nuestra estancia, esto viajando con niños fue un gran inconveniente. Hemos estado en este piso anteriormente pero cada año está en peor estado. Los vecinos son bastante desagradables, se nota que no están contentos con el piso turístico.
