MOLD!!! Spacious - would be great for family stays if cleaned and had hot water.
Very spacious with a good layout, 2 balconies. Has private underground parking.
Now for the reality - I have to start here, as there is more to tell than will fit in the negative box.
Part 1 - What a disappointment...
Make sure to bring the exact amount in EUROS, or you will pay more than the conversion in Lek.
Parking is underground with minimal lighting, spots are narrow, and it's difficult to navigate.
The pictures of the 2-bedroom unit shown are not for the unit that is available. We were looking forward to the view shown, and we did have a view, but it was not what we expected.
When we first arrived and did the walk-through, when we opened the bathroom in between both bedrooms, it was like being punched in the face with a horrid smell. The window was open, and it was still an overwhelming smell of mold. The black mold was also visible throughout the shower and on the bathroom walls. I called the manager and explained that I am extremely allergic to mold to see if there was another unit available, since it was December and the slow season. He told me he was there earlier and didn't smell anything, that they haven't had a complaint before, and that I was "just sensitive." He said they didn't have any other units available because this was their busy season (LIE - you could also tell because the parking garage was mostly empty, and the guy who checked us in said it was a slow time). I asked since I am highly allergic and he had no other units available, if we found another place to stay, could he refund our money, but he firmly said no and that there was nothing he could do. He then called back half an hour later and said he would send a cleaning woman the following day and advised us to use the small front bathroom that had a shower head over the toilet until tomorrow.
Part 2 - When we attempted to use that bathroom, we discovered the hot water heater did not work. We attempted to unplug it and plug it back up, flip the switch, and check the breaker. This was the water heater for the front bathroom, the washer, and the kitchen.
So, we could not effectively do laundry or wash dishes without boiling water on the stove. The washer and kitchen were 2 big reasons we chose to book this location. We then let the manager know about the hot water and all that we had tried to remedy it, and he treated us and spoke to us like we were stupid. Telling us to "turn the knob on the faucet, it only goes right and left for hot and cold." We even took photos and sent them to him to help explain. This did not get resolved during our stay.
The next day, the cleaning lady came and said she could scrub the mold with a powdered cleaner, but couldn't do anything else about the smell. We understood, and her cleaning did help the smell a lot.
The unit was also not very clean outside of the mold. There was still hair and crumbs around, and toothpaste on the bathroom cabinet and mirror.
The beach was also very polluted.

Scam!!!
Nothing - Big scam!
The apartment doesn’t look like on the photos. We booked the apartement because of the great balcony with sea view but we didn’t have sea view at all. The Apartement was also really dirty and it was loud because there were construction work (even on Sunday morning). We tried to contact our host but he ignored us the whole time. It was a very bad experience.
On the next day we got a notification from booking.com that the host cancelled our reservation. But we stayed there and payed the fully price (in cash).

I didn't like the fact that I booked a completely different flat. With a different view. When I arrived, I was told it was occupied. The pictures of the flat were all mixed up in the bookings.

Vorsicht beim Suchen und Buchen
Das Bild auf der Webseite. Eine große Wohnung nicht weit vom Meer entfernt.
Viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Zweite Toilette mit Brauseschlauch im Raum, Den umliegenden Wohnungen ihr Fernsehprogramm mit ansehen können ;)
Waschmaschine,.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alles was nötig ist in einer Ferienwohnung wie Geschirrtuch, Spültuch, Toilettenpapier usw, ist im selben Häuserkomplex an der Straßenseite zu finden.
Jetzt wird es schwierig, die TOP TEN des nicht gefallen zu bestimmen. Kein Beleg über die Bezahlung, nach 20 minütiger Diskussion, ein ,, its paid" auf WhatsApp und die daraus resultierende Verärgerung, weil ich einen Screenshot machte ( habe Kreditkarte hinterlegt, und es wurde versucht zusätzlich zur Barzahlung darauf zuzugreifen) Sehr eingeschränkter seitlicher Meerblick. Nur ein Schlüssel. Eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier für zwei Kloos, Betten waren nicht überzogen, Klimaanlage kaputt. Der Lift der unsteht auf den Berechtigungschip reagierte. Schlechtest ausgestattete Küche. Tiefgarage ohne vernünftiges Licht, und Lift. Dreckiger Strand mit etliche Bauruinen.

Super schöner Aufenthalt
Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Allerdings wurde uns erst eine andere ohne Meerblick angeboten. Die Wohnung war aber dennoch nicht die aus dem Prospekt. Diese hatte kompletten Meerblick, während unsere nur seitlich den Blick auf das Meer zuließ.
Die Gastgeber haben Barzahlung erwartet, ohne hierfür entsprechend eine Quittung vorbereitet zu haben. Auf die Barzahlung waren wir nicht vorbereitet, weil die Kreditkarte hinterlegt war, Wir hatten damit einen nicht unerheblichen Aufwand um das Bargeld zu besorgen und haben selbst massiv darauf gedrungen, eine entsprechende Quittierung der Zahlung zu erhalten.

Der Schimmel im Geschirrspüler, die fehlenden Laken zum darunter schlafen, die Haare überall, der dreck und Staub unter und neben den Möbeln, die verspäteten und dann noch nassen Handtücher, der Müll hinterm Haus, überhaupt das Setting (anhand der Fotos erwartet man was super tolles, außen wird nicht gezeigt für dieses Apartment) und du absolut schlechte Ausstattung. Kein Handtuch in der Küche, ein scharfes Messer, was riesig und maximal stumpf ist usw

Fajne apartamenty w bliskiej odległości do morza.Okolice piękne. Można tu zostać na kilka dni. W wakacje musi być ekstra. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Albańczycy bardzo mili, otwarci na turystów. Bardzo pomocni. Ceny nie są wygórowane. Więc drodzy Rodacy jeździjcie do Albanii bo za kilka lat ceny będą tam jak u albańskich północnych sąsiadów.
