The location was great. Our unit was very nice and like that it was away from the main portion of the resort.
Our unit had the basics, no broom or way to sweep up the floor. Knives were really dull.

Beautiful property. All staff were friendly and helpful. Main pool and lagoon pool were amazing. Fun activities for the kids.
The restaurants had new staff (great staff, just new) and the kitchens were crashing and couldn’t keep up. With nothing else on the little island, and 3 hungry kids, we had a hard time getting lunch and dinner and had to wait hours. Bottled water was $5 a bottle and with a family of 7, this got very expensive. We wish they sold cases of water.

I have been at Hawks cay many times
This year though I found a decline. at check in lady was not helpful room was not ready at 3pm got to enter at 7pm. No more kids club like it used to be. No dolphin encounter.
Exceptionally expensive food and drinks. Very crowded pool with not enough chairs and umbrella had to sit
On a chair under the sun!
Appreciated the voucher they gave us for the inconveniences but it does not solve the real problem
