Settle into this newly renovated, gated villa in Duck Key — designed for an easy, comfortable Florida Keys stay. The private outdoor pool is open year-round, and the covered patio has outdoor furniture and a dining area for slow mornings and long dinners outside. Inside, the open-concept main floor features a 70" 4K smart TV with standard cable, and each of the three bedrooms has its own smart 4K TV. 1,000 Mbps Wifi, Ethernet, and a dedicated workspace make it just as easy to get work done as it is to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen includes Samsung stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, and refrigerator), a dishwasher, microwave, freezer, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, drip coffee maker plus a Keurig, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. The villa sleeps 8 across 3 bedrooms (one king, two queens, two doubles) and 2.5 baths, with central A/C and heating, a free in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closet and dresser storage, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, and essentials. For families, there's a crib, a travel crib, and children's dinnerware.
Other conveniences include shared beach access, a private entrance, free carport parking for two cars plus free street parking, self-check-in via smart lock, and optional cleaning during your stay. Safety is covered with exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

If you're looking for the ultimate Florida Keys family vacation, look no further. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with 5 beds in Duck Key checked all our boxes and then some.First, the location: this property sits inside the only gated community on Duck Key, which is a huge plus. No resort foot traffic, no crowds from Hawks Cay filtering through, just a quiet, private neighborhood with a relaxed Keys vibe. That sense of exclusivity made a real difference in how the trip felt from start to finish.The private pool was an absolute game-changer. There's something special about stepping outside and having the water entirely to yourself, no strangers, no resort chaos. Just your family, your pool. The kids were in it constantly.Inside, the home was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook real meals, which we appreciated. The kids' room was thoughtfully set up, and the baby crib was a lifesaver, one less thing to pack or rent. Little touches like that show the host genuinely thinks about families traveling with young children.Speaking of the host, communication was excellent throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free, and any time we had a question during our stay, we got a prompt response. That responsiveness goes a long way when you're traveling with kids and just want things to work.Clean, private, family-friendly, and in a fantastic location.
