Un excellent emplacement. Quartier Calme proche du métro Eglise de pantin et Hoche. Appartement très propre et la climatisation dans l appartement apporte une réelle valeur ajoutée. Je recommande sans hésitation.

It was a nice, quiet neighborhood outside of Paris with some basic essential stores within walking distance. The host was attentive to questions and responsive by message.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable and no toiletries were available. Toilet paper was also sparse for a week long stay for three people, so had to go out and purchase additional. Also the building inside smelled of strong cigarette smoke even though the doors of each apt have a no smoking sign.
