Location & layout of apartment.
Locked inside the apartment because the lockset for the front door malfunctioned. We waited 3 hours before the locksmith was done with the replacement at 10pm. Apt keys have to be collected and drop off 2 blocks away. The laundry washer & especially the dryer are in dire need of cleaning. Water pressure in shower is low.

The tv remote was hard to use with the fire stick, I ended up downloading an app.
