Lost its glory...

Location. But not 100% private as there are 2 other villa's next to the garden. To access these villa's is a pathway along the garden. Even though the pathway is lower than the garden it doesn't give you complete privacy and sometimes noise disturbance at night. Also, the villa is in walking distance of the center of Ubud, but a motorbike is prefered.

Such a shame. Once a very beautiful villa. But, because of low maintenance it's has lost its glory. The pictures used for advertising are not reality. The complete flooring throughout the villa must be replaced. Because of bad underfloor, termites have destroyed the wood. Very dangerous as the floor would and has literally collapsed under your feet. The pool had algae and wasn't treated until our 3rd week which was too late and never had clear water. The bathrooms are nice but not kept for. One toilet was backed up and everything you flush the sewage would come from under the toilet and over the floor. This wasn't fixed until the 3rd week as well. All chrome taps throughout the villa have never been cleaned, are leaking and lose. The kitchen was bad as well. The drain blocked up several times and water all over the wooden floor which had already rotten. No coffee percolator. Few utensils and glassware that had to be washed for a 2nd time. No towels to dry. Few pans that were reasonably usable. The water tank produces no cold water. All the patio curtains were gone. No cushions on the lawn chairs. The roof has to be replaced as well as the gutters that overflows everywhere when it rains. The entrance to the villa was a disappointment as well. Garbage left for weeks in front of the house. A broken toilet was left in front of the villa the whole time and the driveway is a nightmare especially for cars. Most taxi drivers refused to come up so we had to walk down to the small road, which was dangerous for elderly. Also. No garden lights along the path. The lady that cleaned was super friendly and kind and did everything you asked for. But a regular cleaning routine was not part of her job. We had to ask for clean sheets and towels after the first 2 weeks. The supervisor was there the first 5 mornings, who also was overly friendly, but later was only around to pick up the housekeeper and eventually add chloor to the pool. He did arrange for a barbecue for us.

We had an amazing stay! The price was great, the rooms were beautiful, and the pool was definitely a highlight. The rooms had everything we needed—AC, a fridge, a very nice bathtub and shower, and more. It was perfect for our group of friends, with enough space to be together while still having our own rooms. The helper who cleaned the villa every day was super friendly and made our stay even better. The location is great too—everything is 5 minutes away with Grab or Gojek and super cheap. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

The kitchen wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Comfortable stay near Ubud

Beautiful property, quiet location close to central Ubud, huge rooms, comfortable beds, great outdoor space, great pool, fantastic indoor/outdoor bathroom with bathtub and shower

Pool needed the addition of a few extra pool chemicals before use, aircon needed fixing (both of which were attended to promptly); bumpy (but short) road leading to the property

El alojamiento estaba genial ubicado (10 mins en moto del centro) y la casa era tal cual las fotos. Estuvimos 9 personas súper bien y el personal vino una noche a cocinarnos a casa un menú indonesio súper barato, eran muy amables. Repetiríamos 100%!

Villa agréable

Très belle villa mais qui mérite un rafraîchissement. Le parquet du salon est dangereux ⚠️ Les chambres sont belles et très grandes. Le gérant répond rapidement à nos attentes (nous avions demandé un ménage car c’était sale et ça a été fait dans la journée, ménage tous les jours après). Manque de vaisselles (peu de verres). Mais bombonne d’eau tous les jours. Excentré du centre mais le gérant nous a proposé un service de transport à un prix très raisonnable (comme Grab) avec son mini van de 7 places (nous étions 7). Une belle expérience (il ne faut juste pas être regardant sur les finissions) en villa.
