    The room was stinking , which was resolved with room service Few lights were not working due to which the lighting was low at the night time The staff was nice and breakfast was also ok , could have been more options in breakfast

    I had one of the worst hotel experiences despite paying over ₹4,000 per night. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, dirty, and have a persistent unpleasant smell. A strong cigarette smoke odor continuously enters the room through the bathroom. There is no air conditioner or ceiling fan in the room—you have to request a pedestal fan separately. Although the rooms are stuffy, you cannot keep the windows open because monkeys are constantly roaming outside. Mobile network reception inside the hotel is very poor, and the hotel Wi-Fi is extremely slow, comparable to a 2G connection. The room includes a TV with a Tata Sky connection, but it had no active balance. Even after complaining three times, the issue was never resolved. Housekeeping is also disappointing. Rooms are not cleaned regularly, and used towels are not replaced unless you specifically request them. Even then, it takes nearly an hour for someone to respond. The lift was also unreliable and stopped working at times, forcing my elderly mother to climb three flights of stairs. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and certainly not worth paying over ₹4,000 per night. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to its maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.
