Renovated farmhouse offering views of the surrounding countryside with its own private pond, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.
Ground floor: Upon entering, you'll find a veranda and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining area, a living room, a shower room, and a separate toilet. A short walk up the hallway (two steps) leads to one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and another bedroom with one double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one single bed (90 x 200 cm). The bedrooms have oil-fired central heating and electric heating. The property features an enclosed garden. Enjoy the garden furniture and the charcoal barbecue or griddle when the weather is fine.
A garage is available if needed. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for an additional person.
The cottage also includes: towels and linens, bed linens, and made-up beds. Heating and electricity are included. Street Art City and the Lurcy-Lévis and Magny-Cours racetracks. Tronçais Forest and the deer rut in autumn. Pirot Pond, Saint-Bonnet-de-Tronçais, Goule, fishing and swimming.
