This house, located in the heart of the Sologne Bourbonnaise region, has been renovated while preserving its historic charm. Settle into this gîte and enjoy the countryside and its animals. Ground floor: Enjoy a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. Electric heating and a pellet stove (1 bag of pellets provided for 2 days and 3 bags provided for 1 week. €10 per additional bag). Bathroom with shower, double sinks, and wall-hung toilet.
Upstairs: A wooden staircase leads to one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) opening onto a balcony terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, one bedroom with three single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Reversible air conditioning upstairs.
WiFi.
In fine weather, enjoy the terrace with its pergola, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals. A pétanque court is also available.
The cottage's best feature: linens, towels, and sheets are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. Need more guests than expected? A second cottage for 5 people, Le Mailloux, is located 50 meters away.
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
