It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Was very nice condo need a few things fixed light bulbs and strings for ceiling fans otherwise a condo that met our needs

Loved the location and ease of check-in. There were a few minor issues (blind was broken in one of the bedrooms, mold in one of the showers, and a piece of siding had fallen off onto the balcony) but overall we really liked and and would stay again!

We could not figure out the code to operate the elevator, so we humped 2 flights of stairs all weekend long. Also the smoke/fire alarm sounded momentarily at 1:55 am on Sunday for no apparent reason.

When we first got there, we were very excited. We found the unit to be bright and were happy that the appliances were newer. Sadly, that’s when our disappointment began. The carpets and furniture were absolutely disgusting. We have never stayed anywhere that dirty. We didn’t even want her dog rolling around on the carpet because it was so gross. I hand cleaned a spot on the area rug in the living room. You can see the circle where I cleaned. I use the rug cleaner. I found in the closet on a 2 x 3 area in the bedroom. I included a picture of the cleaning solution that was extracted from the carpet area I cleaned.
