So much goodness packed into this condo. The unit has everything from functional hooks for hanging beach towels, queen bunks, and two bathrooms to fun aesthetic choices, terrific access to the pool and beach, and efficient location for shopping and groceries in Destin. The owner is easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We’ll be back!

I was hesitant to rent this property because it didn’t have any reviews. I could tell that it was under new ownership and the pictures looked great so I gave it a chance despite having no reviews. The condo is absolutely beautiful. It’s been newly remodeled and all of the appliances and finishes are top notch. It has two full bathrooms which was very nice. Be aware that if you have little ones there is not a bathtub in this unit. Both bathrooms have walk in showers with no closing shower door/curtain. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk out the back door and get to the beach quickly. This unit has the pool blocking a full beach view but our 5 year old liked the easy pool access. There’s plenty of space for people to sleep. My only complaint is that there isn’t enough seating in the living room. Other than wishing this place had a big comfy sectional we thoroughly enjoyed it. Kitchen was well stocked and there were even extra (nice) rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. There’s no dresser or drawers in the bedroom but there are plenty of shelves. There were also plenty of hangers in the closet.
