Nestled along North Deep Creek Lake, Our Happy Place is a spacious three bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome offering stunning views and easy lake access This charming vacation rental is in the Sunplace community of townhomes known for its level lakefront with beach area and community dock slips which makes the perfect vantage point for watching sunsets over the water or the July 4th fireworks. Additional amenities include a large indoor community pool that can be enjoyed year-round, picnic tables, and a community game room. Daily boat rentals from area marinas give you the opportunity to explore the lake's quiet coves and miles of shoreline.
Offering an open layout for up to eight guests, the spacious main level has plenty of room to relax and unwind. You will love the comfortable living room complete with a warm fire as you watch TV or simply enjoying the lake and ski slope views outside your window. Doors will lead you to the balcony where you can sip your coffee each morning and gaze at the stunning lake views. Equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal, the kitchen features granite countertops with stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of seating at the dining table or breakfast bar.
You are sure to get a good night’s sleep in the primary suite complete with a king bed, Smart Tv, and lake views. There is a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, granite vanity, and free-standing garden tub. A second bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed, Smart Tv, and a private bathroom featuring a tub shower and granite vanity. On the third floor, you will find a queen bunk bed with a Smart Tv. A half bathroom is located on the third floor as added convenience.

Amazing place and location with beautiful views of the lake! The house was clean and spacious, we loved the bear theme, the community pool, swing out front and comfy beds. The host was friendly and communicated well, we would love to stay here again!

Check in went smoothly. The directions about check in were emailed in advance. We had to make a phone call as we had an issue unlocking the door. The call was answered promptly and we were able to get in.

The condo was in a great location! Close to everything we wanted to do. The cleanliness could have been improved. There was some kind of dog hair left in the Master Bath shower drain, the carpets could have been vacuumed better and someone left a small bag of trash in the entry way on the shelf. However, everything else was cleaned well. I did speak to someone in the Taylor office who was apologetic and offered to send the cleaning crew back. I took it upon myself to vacuum and remove the hair because I couldn't stand it. lol
