The Space:
La Centrale of the Île de Ré offers this villa with a heated swimming pool located in La Flotte, close to the Clavette beach and its shops.
The villa is comfortable and offers a fully equipped open kitchen as well as a large living room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.
Possibility of parking a vehicle on the property.
It is also possible to park bicycles in the enclosed courtyard.

The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of swimming pools.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 km long.
Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).

The Villa du Moulin is welcoming and well presented place to stay in the beautiful village of La Flotte. It is in a quiet area, tucked away in a nice location within easy walking/cycling distance of the centre of the town but also easy to access the cycle routes around the island. The house layout worked well for our group with teens and grandparents to accommodate. The pool was a nice size.Although the house was well equipped for self catering, it would have been appreciated to have some basics provided, for example there was no washing up liquid and only one dishwasher tablet. Note: the booking specifically states that "The handing over of keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included (during our opening hours 10h-18h from Monday to Saturday)" but actually we told the day before that we were required to collect our key from an office in Rivedoux-Plage. Fortunately, we were able to ask our taxi driver to stop on the way, but if we had got the airport bus this would have been very difficult. However, other communications with the agency were good and they were quick to respond.
