Ideally located between Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio, 10 minutes from Sotta in the absolute calm of a small typical hamlet.
This charming stone village house is composed of 3 bedrooms with double bed, tv, air conditioning, and dressing room, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 master suite (50 inch TV, bathroom, dressing room) on the first floor.
You will find 1 bathroom with toilet on each floor, with hairdryer and vanity unit, one of which is in the master suite with a washing machine.
The living room/dining room/kitchen is also fully air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, hand blender and American fridge.
In front of the house, you will have a wooden terrace with a large table, garden furniture with a nice sunset in the evening and a charcoal barbecue as well as a large drying rack.
A few meters from the house, you will find a private above-ground swimming pool with its deckchairs.
