Welcome to my Caseddu, located in the heart of Ceccia, a hamlet of Porto Vecchio. Completely renovated in 2022, this 115-square-meter sheepfold-style villa offers exceptional comfort, ensuring you have a wonderful stay with family or friends. The property features a garden planted with native trees and thousand-year-old olive trees, a 5x2-meter heated private pool, a pétanque court, a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a pool house with a barbecue.
Enjoy a refined atmosphere and meticulous amenities. The decor is decidedly warm and cozy, with stylish furnishings. Designed with your comfort in mind and accommodating up to 6 people, the villa is laid out as follows:
- A spacious living area comprising a comfortable living room, a dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the living room; it is aesthetically pleasing, functional, and fully equipped. The living area overlooks the pool area.
- Three bedrooms equipped with high-quality bedding.
- Two bathrooms designed with high-quality materials.
- Reversible air conditioning, TV with digital terrestrial (TNT) service in the living room, and Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.

You’ll undoubtedly appreciate the tranquility of the hamlet, the mountain views, and the beautiful surrounding nature, typical of Corsica.
The location is ideal—you’ll be just 5 minutes from downtown and close to all the most beautiful beaches in the far south. The sheepfold is located 15 minutes from Figari Airport.
