Our one-bedroom Riverfront Apartment is in a great location. We are very close to downtown (just over a mile!) yet far enough away for you to take a breath and relax right on the river, or take a relaxing dip in the pool on a hot day!

Nice place, just the right size for two people. Nice view of the river from the balcony. I liked the coffee maker and pods which made for a relaxing morning. About a 20 minute walk to downtown but would not recommend walking after dark. The place and complex felt safe and was very quiet. Several restaurants and bars within two blocks so if you get tired of Broadway, I would recommend Germantown.

Nice layout of the apartment. Balcony was what sold me. Sofa bed not difficult to set up. Appreciated the coffee machine and pods. The one issue is that the furnace/AC filter was filthy and the air set me sneezing.
