Mere minutes to the heart of historic downtown St Augustine where you can experience historic landmarks, unique shops, delicious local restaurants, attractions and nearby beaches.
The west side location is an extension of historic downtown St. Augustine and less than a 5 minute walk to favorite local hot spots Buena Onda Cafe, Bog Brewing Co, Sweet Cupcakes, The West Egg, Sailbird Distilling and the newly opened Maracuya by Llama.

1.5 mi St George St & Fort
3.5 mi to various beaches
Cottage Info:
Three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 adults and an additional 2 children. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the back patio while the other two bedrooms each feature a queen size bed and share a bathroom.
Additional sleeping arrangements for children include a queen size inflatable mattress + bedding and a pack n’ play.

West King is an extension of downtown. The house is located on a quiet street that receives little to no through traffic. The backyard has a generous amount of space and is a favorite of my husband and I.

Clean, less than 10 minutes to Old Town parking garage, well appointed kitchen for eating in. Quality beds and beddings, plentiful towels. Excellent host communication! 100% recommendation.

Excellent stay. House was very well-stocked and the location was ideal for us to be able to get to and from downtown St Augustine to experience Night of Lights. The host was excellent with communication. We will be staying here again!

The house was clean and inside described correctly and very accommodating. The check in and out process was very easy. This is a dog friendly house with a fenced in backyard however there was no working outside lights. You cannot go outside with your pet safely to pick up the poop in the evening because you can not see your hand in front of your face. Homeowner did respond to my inquiry right away about the lights outside not working but no solution was found other than to use a flashlight. You can really only use the backyard during daylight hours. There was dog waste all over the yard and I’m sure it was because owners couldn’t see to pick it up. The owner did send a housekeeper to clean the yard for us right away.
In addition the neighborhood is very unsettling. There were houses not taken care of all around the house and a homeless shelter on the street. There were train tracks very close and the one night we stayed a train came 3xs between 2am-3:30am. There were cars parked in the street late at night playing loud music right outside the front of the house people. We lost out on our money for second night because we were scared to stay another evening. The house is not far from the historic downtown area but not close enough to walk.
