6bed/4bath one-level Cape Cod Villa

The rental property is very spacious. Pool table was very popular and kept the children entertained. Kitchen was a bit under stocked.Overall we had a great stay and will recommend this place.

Beautiful home, amenities list helped us plan what we needed to bring, and plenty of bathrooms for everyone! We had a great time as a family and were happy to have a large table to share meal time and card games.

We had a peaceful, comfortable stay at this spacious and well-furnished property. Our group of 11 adults (ages 50s–90s) felt at ease. Check in was a breeze. The location is great—a 5-minute walk to forested trails and a short drive to downtown Sandwich and Rt 6. The property is quiet, private, and has ample parking. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the AC worked well during hot days. The kitchen was fully equipped, and an adjacent half-kitchen with a mini-fridge, sink, and coffee/tea setup was a great bonus. Rooming was as described: 4 bedrooms, an entertainment room with a queen pullout, and a studio-style space with futon and privacy curtain. The unit functions like two apartments with a connecting door—helpful for comfort and privacy. Accessibility is excellent, with a ramp and single-level layout, ideal for guests with limited mobility.Since this is a new rental, we offer the following suggestions to enhance the guest experience:1.Note in the ad: this unit is the top floor of a duplex, it is not a freestanding home.2.Provide 2 outdoor trash bins for larger groups.3.Don’t instruct guests to visit the dump—accommodate all trash needs onsite.4.Provide dressers or luggage racks in all rooms.(we moved some furnishings in order to place luggage)5.Install screens in all windows that open.6.Replace or repair all pool cues (non-functional); add chalk.7.Fix protruding nail/stud near kitchen table.8.Fix wobbly dining chairs, or they may collapse.
