About this house rental
Enjoy private beach access and all the Cape offers from this lovely home. Water views, new chef's kitchen and designer baths combined with historic charm make this the perfect family vacation spot. Swim, kayak or paddle board from the private beach, and enjoy drinks overlooking the ocean from the front deck. Use our grill to prepare an easy dinner and enjoy s’mores for dessert at the large custom fire pit. All of your vacation dreams are waiting to come true.
Enjoy plenty of space for family and friends with five bedrooms (the fifth bedroom is accessed via the master suite and contains two twin xl beds) plus additional sleeping space via a trundle bed on the sleeping porch.
Ample shared space with large eat-in kitchen, dining room/office, sun room, and extra large family room with ocean views. Nearly an acre of outside space includes a large front deck overlooking the water that's perfect for enjoying a cool summer drink and a custom fire pit area with plenty of space for your whole group to roast marshmallows or hot dogs or just enjoy a view of the stars.
This is our personal home that has been recently renovated, including all new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. Our goal is for you to enjoy an amazing beach experience as much as we do. Amenities include beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella along with an outdoor shower to clean up after beach adventures. Kayaks and paddle boards are not part of the rental, but contact us after booking and we're happy to let you use ours free of charge. Enjoy the private community beach at the foot of the property or use our parking pass for the larger resident's only beach a short drive away.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the cooking and serving utensils you'll need to enjoy meals with family and guests or use the gas grill to prepare an easy summer meal. The scullery off the kitchen hosts a new high-capacity washer and dryer, perfect for a quick load of laundry.
Our home is located in a private community in the village of Buzzard’s Bay in the Upper Cape and is minutes away from the shops and restaurants of Bourne’s downtown and the bike, walking and nature trails along the canal. Enjoy all the best of what the Cape has to offer without enduring the traffic and delays required to cross the bridge.

The house was lovely and true to the photos. It had everything we needed, and was close to many things. Even though we were not over the Bourne bridge we went to the cape most days and enjoyed many things. Swift beach was lovely, we hiked near Plymouth Rock and went antiquing as well. We relaxed and had family dinners as well as enjoyed the fire pit! We rented a boat and had a lovely trip. The kids even went to Boston far a day to see the aquarium. Great vacation.

Perfect family vacation! We are 8 adults and 4 small children. The kids had so much fun exploring the beach directly across the street. We kayaked, biked, took a fishing trip, took a sunset trivia cruise, shopped, used the fire pit and enjoyed Onset beach. Everything was within a few miles including a playground. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks with our dog. This home has everything a family needs and comes with a gorgeous view. One thing I have to mention is that the house did not have any knickknacks or breakables around which makes it so much easier with kids. Owners were very easy to reach. A wonderful family vacation! Thank you!!
