Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We only had problems with the noise of the highway drivers at night, but everything else was nice. This little house is located in a very nice spot; so near to El Paseo! The sun is always present at the house, and the views of the mountains is something else.

The condo was clean and well kept. Location can’t be beat. There’s hiking trails in the neighborhood behind and walking distance to Gardens on El Paseo. I was here for a work trip and the condo provided a great place to relax at the end of the day. The location is a bit tricky to find at night. We had trouble locating it in the dark, the numbers aren’t very visible, but once we knew where it was we were good. The bedrooms are very close to the main road so you do hear traffic noise but not enough to stay awake at night. Overall this was a great place to stay in Palm Desert.
