You'll love the main floor's open-concept layout for family gatherings with friends or family. Plush sofas and a smart TV set the stage for home entertainment, while the upgraded full kitchen is equipped to easily handle home cooking. Modern home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
Golfers in the group can take on the Greg Norman-designed courses at ChampionsGate (3 mi.), or enjoy other renowned options like the courses at Reunion (5.2 mi.) and Celebration (10.8 mi.). Disney parks are within a 14-mile drive and Universal Studios is 22 miles away. The Mall at Millenia is 23 miles away. Orlando International Airport is 30 miles from the home. Retail shops, grocery stores, gas, and convenient dining options can all be found within a three-mile radius.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean house, well maintained had one issue with the shower drain contacted property manager and it was resolved before I got back from work. I would definitely recommend this place however make sure you do not park on the street between midnight and 7 AM as your car will be towed.

Loved my stay. My wife and I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a cozy and big family home this is your place! Very clean and everything we were looking for. Will be coming back with our three kids next month!

This property is not far from Disney parks and has close by groceries. It was clean and in a safe, gated area. Great that we could bring our dogs with us.
It did lack a few things that could have made our stay more comfortable, but overall, it was a great choice for location and price.

Our biggest issue was one of the master bathroom showers was clogged and the water would drip down through the ceiling into the living room. We contacted the host 2 times but nothing was ever done.
