About this apartment rental
The sun is the heart and soul of outdoor mountain adventures whether it be hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing or simply enjoying a good book on the back patio. Sol Suite is a wonderful place for a weekend getaway or week long stay (or more) for the adventurer seeking solace in the sun.
This one bedroom apartment is attached to a home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom opens to the guest’s own private back patio. (The fireplace in the pictures is not usable). It is a new remodel with one bedroom and a daybed in the living room. It’s private so guests most likely won’t see the residents in the main house.
The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with new appliances and open to the living area. The living area does have wifi and a smart tv for streaming. Parking is limited to one car in the driveway directly in front of Sol Suite or one car parked curbside.
This apartment is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) to the owner's main home. They are not generally in residence when the apartment is rented. The main house does have a camera on the front.

Very nice bungalow on a very quiet residential street located within a few minutes drive from downtown. I would happily recommend this place and will happily stay here again.
