When Checking out guest should leave the house in similar shape to how they took possession. Please load the dishwasher with any dishes used. Please place all used towels in the tub and remove alltrash from the unit at check out, garbage pails are on premise, to the right of the house along the fence line!

Very cute old beach charm, enough space to spread out, and it had everything we needed! The parking is very helpful, and the yard is a nice addition. We walked to everything at the oceanfront, yet it was so quiet and private when we got home. Loved it!

Location is great... its about three blocks from the beach, not a bad walk at all. The host was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.
