When Checking out guest should leave the house in similar shape to how they took possession. Please load the dishwasher with any dishes used. Please place all used towels in the tub and remove all trash from the unit at check out, garbage pails are on premise, to the right of the house along the fence line!

Cleanliness couldve been improved, but the location was great. Dead end street, so not a lot of traffic or noise. Nice to have 2 parking spots so car doesnt get towed.

The property was a bit dated, but everything was up to date and clean! Air conditioners were working great for a nice cool space away from the humidity. We were there for a conference and the place was a perfect location, easy to get to the convention center, and easy to come an go. 10/10 would stay again
